The world has become increasingly integrated. Living abroad is a dream of many people, an experience that poses multiple challenges. How can we cope with that?

Many high-performing professionals and their families lose the opportunity of an international assignment because they find it hard to adapt to a new culture. Besides, they face communication barriers, fear exposing themselves and miss their loved ones.

I am a professional citizen of the world, and I have had the opportunity to live in different countries and get to know other cultures. I know the real needs of those who live in a foreign land. In addition to my experiences, I have a degree that qualifies me to make a difference in the lives of those who make this decision.

I propose to help all who decide to embark on this adventure of living abroad, smoothing the path, minimizing difficulties, and maximizing the possibilities and opportunities that an experience like this can offer.

Our programs are tailored our clients specific needs in a way to assist companies and individuals in relocation processes. All programs are offered in three languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish) and online and in-person format.

Its proficient and seasoned team mastering corporate and multicultural communication, language tutoring, translation, and interpreting has leveraged its presence in the markets it operates.

My multicultural experience inspired me to design cultural solutions programs to help people from different parts of the world overcome the challenges that arise in the daily lives of those who live or intend to live abroad. All programs aim to help professionals and their families in the process of adapting to a new culture.

Larissa is a Lawyer, Social Worker, Certified in Ethnics and Diversity studies by CCAC (USA), she is an expert in Education and Human Development. Larissa has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, with intercultural experiences in Brazil and different countries. Larissa has lived in Brazil, Jamaica, and currently lives in the United States. She is a family mediator and process facilitator using a non-violent communication method. International trainer and lecturer. Proficient in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
